The schedule for this year is:
Nominations: 11 June  - 29 June.
Tagset Cleanup: 30 June - 1 July
Signups: 2 - 9 July
Assignments go out: About 10 July
No Penalty Default: 28 August
Posting deadline: 3 September
Archive reveal: 10 September
Creator reveal: 17 September

All deadlines are 11:59pm EST except for the archive reveal, which is 6am.

I'm having trouble locating it if you've posted it. I just wanted to make sure that the minimum word count for fics was 1000 words. Just pacing my writing and not sure where or if I saw for sure for this exchange.

It sure is! You can find the minimum requirements for works on the FAQ on AO3 - I haven't replicated it here as it's easier to keep information centralized.

Does the deadline apply to treats as well or can we post treats whenever?

Nope! Treats can be posted whenever (and in fact most will likely be posted between the due date and reveals) though for achievement purposes I will only count those which are in the archive when it's revealed on 17 September.

Small Question

Do you have to write all three of the same prompts? I got one matched from a game I'm familiar with (not Xenogears, LMAO) but two from two I know next to nothing about and don't think I could familiarize myself with in time to write something even vaguely in character.

So is it okay to just take one prompt?

Not only is it okay, it's actually expected. You're only obligated to write one fandom and one ship that you match on; if you match on more than one fandom+ship you're spoiled for choice!

I was reading the rules, and I'm wondering about the six character/ship limit? Depending on the fandom, I could easily go over that. Would it be possible to raise the upper limit to AO3's maximum of twenty?

Not this year, I'm afraid! I'm happy to consider increasing nominations for 2021, so please mention it in the feedback post at the end of the round.

Oh, I didn't mean for nominations, I meant for requests/offers during sign-ups! I fully understand why you'd want to keep nominations limited (tag set maintenance is a huge pain!)

It would only let me enter the characters as solo (one per line), but I see there are nominations for things like Character A/Character B as a ship. I had intended to enter all of my two-character sets as A & B (platonic), and given the number of solo character names in the nominations, I think it's likely other people had this trouble, too...

Is there a way to fix it?

If you link me your nominations page and tell me what you want substituted, I can do it manually though the admin console.

I'm a bit confused about what "reveals" are.

It's the evening of the 10th (PST), and I still can't see anything about anyone's fics except that they've been posted. I thought "archive reveal" meant we'd be able to discern something about them? Or are they not actually viewable until the 17th?

Hello!

Reveals were scheduled for 6am EST on the 10th, however at about 6am on 9 September we still have two lingering pinch hits. I therefore pushed reveals back until no earlier than 1am on the 12th. However, if they are not claimed by then, reveals will be pushed back again to allow them to be claimed.
