• SMT IV and SMT IV: Apocalypse - should these be combined or kept as separate games?
• Lara Croft nominator - I'm trying to work out the canonical tags for your nominated games. What games fall into "Original Timeline" and what games fall into "Survivor Timeline"?
• Tales of Crestoria - Yuri and Jade are nominated - do they have Crestoria counterparts or is this a cameo battle scenario?

Crestoria is a gacha game based around an existing franchise, so these are cameo battles! Yuri and Jade come from different Tales games - Vesperia and Abyss, respectively, which have no relation to one another. As far as I know, they aren't AUed into Crestoria but treated as summons from another world. Hope that helps!

Jade is most definitely a part of Crestoria, being a Toshiminan military agent in that universe.

Given the assimilation of popular Tales characters into the Crestoria universe, I would not be surprised to find that the wiki hasn't updated Yuri yet or he simply hasn't surfaced in the plot.

Not the Tomb Raider nom, but as far as I know

Original Timeline includes: Tomb Raider (1996), Tomb Raider II, Tomb Raider III, Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider Chronicles and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness

Then there's the Legend trilogy which includes: Tomb Raider Legend, Tomb Raider Anniversary and Tomb Raider Underworld

Survivor Timeline(Trilogy) includes: Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider

I'm happy with either version.
Most ships should be clear in what setting the requester would want (like Flynn/Nanashi, or Gaston/Hallelujah who only appear in one version) and personally, where I will request Jonathan/Flynn/Walter, I am happy with the setting being in either game.

Adding to that... short answer is agreement that either works with a leaning towards them being separate.

Most exchanges I've been in have had them separate. Apocalypse is basically an AU of SMTIV, with mostly different main casts. The stories don't depend on each other, although they're better understood together. One strong reason for having them separate is there are enough characters who are only or mainly in one game that someone who only knows one of the two games couldn't write for those characters. To add to Welsper's post, the main ship I'd see causing confusion is Flynn/Isabeau because the setting would greatly affect that request.

Arguments for having the games together is that setting for most characters would be clear in tags and it's basically an SMT rule that all timelines are canon, even the Apocalypse branches which can't happen in SMTIV's story. It could also be nice to nominate for the pair of games together instead of using two fandoms, although I'm sure we could always discuss here who'd nom for SMTIV and who'd nom for SMTIVA, and exchange characters we'd like to request or write.

If this is okay by the rules, don't mind me, but the nomination for the Witcher games includes Group: Geralt/Emhyr var Emreis/Pavetta (Witcher games); Pavetta is a book and Netflix show character but does not appear in any of the games.

Apparently I'm a silly so-and-so who's nominated "Male Eivor/Sigurd Styrbjornson (AC Valhalla)" in Assassin's Creed - Valhalla without the "Group:" part on the start. Sorry! Thought I should probably point out my nonsense in case it needs fixing.

There's also a "Group: Geoffrey McCullum/Jonathan Red (Vampyr)" under Vampyr (Video Game) - he's Jonathan Reid. A tag with the correct spelling is already in the tagset so this one just needs removing. (No, I'm not responsible for this one!)

I spotted two wandering tags: Zelda (Spirit Tracks) is appearing under all the nominated games for Legend of Zelda, not just for Spirit Tracks, and Happy Mask Salesman (Majora's Mask) is also showing up under Ocarina of Time.
