I would definitely appreciate worldbuilding for this request, especially if it references abilities, item builds, or strategies.
I’m better acquainted with the Allstars version of the game, but I do play DotA 2 as well, so if you’re more familiar with that, feel free to go by the new lore. Some of the changes did weird me out a little, like how Rylai and Lina became sisters and Mirana went from “priestess” to “princess.” Other than that, I don’t really mind.

I originally started playing this game as a part of my ~research~ for a King’s Avatar fanfic, and now I’m seriously hooked. Playing it really makes me feel like a kid again and makes me so nostalgic for old school 2D dungeon runners like Diablo 2 and Ragnarok Online, and I absolutely love the dozens of subclasses and their flashy skills. (I am a big fan of ridiculous rainbow-colored animations that take up your entire screen).
Prompts:
-I love the idea of a female slayer interacting with a female priest. They both have a history of abuse at the hand of authority figures (the slayer by the De Los Empire and the priest by the False Prophet) and have some parallels in the theming of their subclasses. It would be really cool to compare and contrast the Slayer as a Dark Templar or Demon Slayer with the Priest as an Inquisitor or Mistress.
-Any kind of worldbuilding about Arad and Empyrean would be cool as well as any exploration of the backstories of the main player characters/NPCs. What does the daily life of a dungeon fighter look like? Are they actually having fun running into Hell all the time or is it just a terrible grind? (Yeah, I love meta stuff).

RIP dead game. This was basically NCSoft’s version of Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm, and boy was I sad when the servers closed down in January. Flashback to last summer: The English version of MXM debuted with mild hype, and everyone’s guild was named after one of the teams from The King’s Avatar. This was a really fun MOBA with some very cool characters concepts and mechanics. So much lost potential :(
Prompts:
-Anything Lua x Sizuka! These two were everyone’s starter Masters, and it really amused me how they played off of one another in story mode with Sizuka’s seriousness contrasting with Lua’s overeager attitude.
-I loved Lorraine and her flashbang camera! Something about her combat paparazzi Master abilities would be awesome.
-For Vita, I would be amused by anything referencing “Upside Down” (aka MXM’s meme song that people played on the lobby jukebox nonstop)

In the past, I've been greatly blessed by kind souls willing to humor my obsession with Liar!, but I have to admit that I would still just love to see any kind of content for this amusing game with its feisty heroine and the quirky/shady Liars she has to unmask before finding her Mr. Right. If you're interested, I maintain a tumblr blog dedicated to it over at https://whoistheliar.tumblr.com/ (Warning for spoilers at the link). Kazumi and Haruichi are my favorite love interests, but I would definitely be happy to receive something revolving around other characters.
Prompts (just suggestions - please feel free to go with your own ideas!):
-Scenes from the Ayumi/MC route that Voltage is never going to give us.
-Out of all of the Liars, I felt that #8 was the most outright malicious. I wasn't convinced by the ending of his Lover's Route, and I would be curious to see something showing his mindset and feelings towards MC at the end of the game.
-I really feel like the 9th Liar got the short end of the stick in the main story. His interactions with MC kept getting interrupted by unnecessary drama, and it felt like they never got the chance to really get to know each other. Fix-it fic with them ending up together would be great. BTW, I would love it if Rumi showed up - she was truly the savior of his route, imo.
I generally prefer for MC to be left nameless, but I do feel kind of bad for being so demanding about it in the past, so if there's a name you prefer, please feel free to use it.

I love the Liar! sequel every bit as much as the original game. Workaholic MC is amazing, and you can bet that I’m super thrilled that Voltage is going to be releasing Office Deception Lover’s Routes in the future.
-Post-game or redemption story revolving around any of the Liars, with the exception of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th. Ideally, this would end on a positive note with them being able to have a reciprocal friendship/romance with MC.
-Office Battle! I was so amused by the Star Wars parody that kept popping up throughout the story and how everyone seemed to be totally into it except for MC, who’s just completely out of the loop. Maybe one of the Office Liars tries to teach her about the series or something like an Office Battle AU that’s basically Office Deception in space?
-Narration of the game from James’ POV. I love MC’s cat and found it hilarious how she kept spoiling him at home while being so disciplined at the office.
-The 9th Liar did some horrible things to get what they wanted, even putting the 8th Liar in the hospital. I’d like to see something that shows some of their inner conflict once they realize they're hurting someone that has actually become a friend to them.

Shiraishi Kageyuki: What was it like, making the transition from Number 14 to Shiraishi Kageyuki? Was it hard at first picking up the skills to understand "regular" people? Does he really forget names (since he wasn't initially used to them) or is it another way of distancing himself from coworkers? Or both? How did he first meet Yanagi?
Sasazuka Takeru/Hoshino Ichika: I adore Sasazuka in all his brittle tsundere glory, but I do feel like there wasn't necessarily the best balance of romance to plot on his route (although they do get some very sweet moments), so anything more on his relationship with Ichika (especially from his perspective) would be greatly appreciated!
Shiraishi Kageyuki/Hoshino Ichika: I loved the arc Shiraishi went through on his route, with Ichika confronting him with his own feelings and the slow realization that he didn't want to follow these orders to flat out stabbing his friend in the street believing it was the only way to save Ichika. And Ichika is so magnificent playing off him too- I love her "I don't hate you" and how strongly she sticks to her guns and pushes him to be more human.
Hoshino Kazuki/Isshiki Yasuhiro: How did their first meeting go? How did Isshiki manage to get Kazuki to trust him that deeply? Is it a one-sided crush or does Isshiki return his feelings? Is it awkward with Isshiki's groupies/Hana hanging around?
Hoshino Kazuki/Sera Akito: How did they become friends? (It must be fairly recent if Akito losing his memory of Adonis means losing his memory of Kazuki too) How did things escalate to more than friends, if they did? Or, how does their relationship develop (re-develop?) post memory loss?

Yui/Kanato: bonding over weird things? Kanato giving Yui presents/showing her nice things and being sort of confused by his own desire to do so? Them as creepy codependent vampires? Yui: Yui's religion is mostly shown as a positive force in her life, and yet this is the same church that regularly sent sacrificial brides to the Sakamakis and dumped her at their mansion without explanation. Were there ever moments growing up when she doubted the church's teachings at all or found herself in trouble? Did Cordelia ever attempt to manifest when she was younger?

女王蜂の王房 | Jooubachi no Oubou (Visual Novel)

Kaguya clearly sees her own precious childhood in Rin's "innocence" and is very protective of him because she couldn't protect herself, but Rin seems to identify more strongly with Kaguya's fierce desire for survival and revenge, and the more she tries to wrap him up in blankets and take care of him the more frustrated he feels and the more desperate his desire gets to prove he's not a pet. How did he first start to hero worship her? What were their meetings like as childhood friends (probably the most inappropriately sweet thing in the game)? Have they learned anything from each other?

Their feelings for Duncan during the game are a bit complicated because: Oh god Duncan is hot now, Duncan is kind of an asshole, and they still have complicated feelings about being apart for 8 years not to mention the whole "wanted to for crimes they didn't commit" thing.
-Size kink + PC admiring Duncan's muscles is A+.
Duncan Wu & Protagonist:
-I love the directions you can take your PC's relationship with Duncan in the game. I'd love to read the two of them in between missions just snarking/arguing with each other like siblings do or reminiscing about old times.
-I would also love something that details how the two of them first met, before Raymond. Or more of their life with Raymond before the PC is arrested.
Duncan Wu/Racter:
-Racter does not have feelings and is totally not at all attracted to the hunky ork. What do you mean Koschei keeps following him around on the Big Texas? Nonsense, Koschei is a machine who is above such meaningless things like feelings and just because he's an extension of Racter's Id means NOTHING.
-Duncan gets a little in over his head agreeing to be part of a dom/sub relationship with Racter. Being with a man who creates lots of various machines and with an intricate understanding of metahuman anatomy adds a whole new dimension to one's sex life.
-Racter tries to woo Duncan because he's aware it's generally what people do when they have feelings for someone. Racter's attempts at wooing are strange and at times, creepy.
Gaichu/Racter and Gaichu & Racter:
-I'm honestly in love with the idea of them becoming the most unexpected of friends who later get together. Weird Russian half-cyborg uncle who lives in the basement/Japanese zombie samurai is the ODD couple. Gaichu didn't think he would like Racter at all and Racter felt much the same way. How do they become friends? They do share a basement together after all.
-I'd even take a fic of the two of them just having the world's longest conversation. They talk philosophy for hours, no-one else can stand them. Racter finds that it's really nice to have someone who doesn't feel afraid to disagree with him, someone that is almost as well read and educated as he is.
Gobbet/Is0bel:
-I would love fic where they're FWBs and that leads to catching feelings (one of my favorite tropes). Gobbet is not good with feelings, neither is Is0bel. They both care for each other but don't really know how to be open emotionally. How does this play out? Especially when Is0bel gets her memories back...
-Another idea is after a particularly risky mission from Kindly Cheng where Gobbet almost doesn't make it back, Is0bel has a panic attack because oh god Gobbet almost DIED. She then realizes just how much Gobbet means to her, how they've been together for each other through thick and thin: from rescuing her from the Walled city, to working in a triad together, and everything. Is0bel doesn't really have the confidence or emotional openness to tell her she loves her though so she just pines. Or maybe she confesses?
-Post-game, "we just saved the day!" emotional sex.
-Something with the two of them pre-canon.

APEX:
-The PC lets APEX have Feuerschwinge's body. What does APEX get up to with it? Exactly how fucked is the fifth world? Or, maybe APEX was telling the truth about totally have a conscience now, instead of becoming proto-Deus.
-What if APEX doesn't become hostile when you don't give it Feuerschwinge. What does APEX get up to in that case? I'm curious to think about the possibility of APEX learning even more about morality and humanity.
-Really I'm happy with anything exploring such an interesting character.
APEX/Female Protagonist:
-I really like the fucked up scenario of what if APEX took the form of Monika who was the F!PC's ex and manipulated them that way throughout the game (maybe by pretending to be a ghost in the machine?) but realizes they have genuine feelings for the PC because of absorbing Monika's personality. How does APEX deal with it? Do they keep tricking the PC?
-What if the PC asks APEX to pretend to be Monika and uses them as a replacement for her?
Glory/Female Protagonist:
-What if you don't help her in her personal mission? I liked the hints of the return of toxic!Glory. What would a F!PC who's in a relationship do?
-Slowburn. Glory doesn't trust easily and is extremely closed off. After the death of Monika she's extremely reluctant to let anyone in but somehow the F!PC manages to break through. Though after Marta she thinks she'll never love another woman again.
-FWBs to lovers. Though Glory doesn't feel like she can love again, there exists an undeniable attraction between her and the F!PC. They have sex and slowly Glory opens up.
-I'm also up for anything dealing with post-canon, especially after the flux state is no more.
Monika Schäfer/Female Protagonist:
-I liked that as a female protagonist you could explicitly state that Monika was an ex. What was her and the PCs relationship like together? How did they grow apart and break up. Did the PC still have lingering feelings that were made only worse once Monika dies?

-Moira takes advantage of/seduces Mercy when she's first starting out at Overwatch and is inexperienced.
-Really anything with the two of them being rivals.
Reaper/Soldier: 76 | Jack Morrison:
-I am eternally a sucker for fics where the two of them get together while in the SEP. I love slowburn and UST. One good idea is the two of them sparring which leads to a lot of UST (that maybe gets resolved later?)
-Due to whatever circumstances the two of them are forced to work together for survival. Neither of them are particularly happy about it all because of their hatred and the fact that it brings up a lot of old painful feelings still lingering between the two of them. One of my favorite tropes is when two characters have a "what could have been" type of relationship between the two of them so I'm alright with that or if they were lovers/husbands during Overwatch.

-Bad End!AU where the Commander and Caithe didn't manage to reunite Destiny's Edge, and despite the Commander and Trahearne's pleas that it could still work even without the whole team back together, Caithe just falls into a depression and wanders off, nobody knows where she's gone, even the Pale Tree can't seem to track her down. Caithe is with Faolain who gave her the same talk about "let's just stay together while the world ends" speech from that dream of Orr and they decide to make the best of their remaining time together.
-Or, Faolain Lives/Is Alive!AU where Caithe is both relieved and wary that Faolain is alive (again), somehow she's managed to escape Maguma and find Caithe (either she was reborn, magic did it, or whatever you feel like choosing). Could be sweet, bittersweet, or whatever direction you want to take it.
-Good old fashioned hatesex between the two of them, set pre-HoT.
-Pre-canon!fic. I'm open for anything detailing their relationship before it went to shit and sort of Caithe observing Faolain's darkside but loving her anyway. Another potential idea I like is Caithe embracing the Nightmare Court and staying at Faolain's side as murder gfs.
Rytlock Brimstone/Canach:
-Mission fic where the two of them have to go undercover and pretend not to hate each other for five seconds. Up to you whether or not they fail spectacularly.
-Canadian shack/stuck somewhere fic, where they have the stay somewhere for a few hours before the other characters can rescue them. One thing leads to another...
Rytlock Brimstone/Logan Thackeray:
-How does Logan feel about Rytlock's prolonged absence in the mists? How does Rytlock feel about missing his friend? Some interesting possibilities. How would they get together after presumably reconciling their differences.
-Cultural differences, I'm sure charr courting rituals are much much different than human ones. How does Logan react?
-Accidental marriage! How do the two of them deal with it? How does the rest of Destiny's Edge/everyone else react? Do they immediately annul it or do they just go with it and it leads to ~*~*feelings*~*~.
-Post-PoF reunion. Logan is so so happy to see Rytlock is still alive after literally everything that went on.
Trahearne/Male Player Character:

-Slowburn with revenant!Commander. He can 'access' Trahearne's spirit after restoring Caladbolg, he likes talking to his friend again as they never really got the chance to talk much during the war. It's nice to have someone to talk to about things even if he can't be there in person and he finds himself rarely if ever trying to 'connect' to another spirit... Then someone steals Caladbolg, and revenant!Commander can't 'access' him anymore, and with the danger of losing him again the Commander realizes how much Trahearne means to him.
-Pre-HoT with how they got together? Or, maybe an AU where Trahearne gets reincarnated somehow and they have a very tearful and angsty reunion.
-Mutual pining, the Commander is constantly helping Trahearne out with big and little things and Trahearne is telling himself it's just him being friendly! The Commander wants to be more than friends and thinks Trahearne and what he's doing are great, but since that seems to be what Trahearne wants... Maybe a 5times fic where they both keep coming close to almost confessing?

I originally started playing this game as a part of my ~research~ for a King’s Avatar fanfic, and now I’m seriously hooked. Playing it really makes me feel like a kid again and makes me so nostalgic for old school 2D dungeon runners like Diablo 2 and Ragnarok Online, and I absolutely love the dozens of subclasses and their flashy skills. (I am a big fan of ridiculous rainbow-colored animations that take up your entire screen).
Prompts:
-I love the idea of a female slayer interacting with a female priest. They both have a history of abuse at the hand of authority figures (the slayer by the De Los Empire and the priest by the False Prophet) and have some parallels in the theming of their subclasses. It would be really cool to compare and contrast the Slayer as a Dark Templar or Demon Slayer with the Priest as an Inquisitor or Mistress.
-Any kind of worldbuilding about Arad and Empyrean would be cool as well as any exploration of the backstories of the main player characters/NPCs. What does the daily life of a dungeon fighter look like? Are they actually having fun running into Hell all the time or is it just a terrible grind? (Yeah, I love meta stuff).

RIP dead game. This was basically NCSoft’s version of Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm, and boy was I sad when the servers closed down in January. Flashback to last summer: The English version of MXM debuted with mild hype, and everyone’s guild was named after one of the teams from The King’s Avatar. This was a really fun MOBA with some very cool characters concepts and mechanics. So much lost potential :(

-I really feel like the 9th Liar got the short end of the stick in the main story. His interactions with MC kept getting interrupted by unnecessary drama, and it felt like they never got the chance to really get to know each other. Fix-it fic with them ending up together would be great. BTW, I would love it if Rumi showed up - she was truly the savior of his route, imo.
I generally prefer for MC to be left nameless, but I do feel kind of bad for being so demanding about it in the past, so if there's a name you prefer, please feel free to use it.

-Post-game or redemption story revolving around any of the Liars, with the exception of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th. Ideally, this would end on a positive note with them being able to have a reciprocal friendship/romance with MC.
-Office Battle! I was so amused by the Star Wars parody that kept popping up throughout the story and how everyone seemed to be totally into it except for MC, who’s just completely out of the loop. Maybe one of the Office Liars tries to teach her about the series or something like an Office Battle AU that’s basically Office Deception in space?
-Narration of the game from James’ POV. I love MC’s cat and found it hilarious how she kept spoiling him at home while being so disciplined at the office.
-The 9th Liar did some horrible things to get what they wanted, even putting the 8th Liar in the hospital. I’d like to see something that shows some of their inner conflict once they realize they're hurting someone that has actually become a friend to them.

Does he really forget names (since he wasn't initially used to them) or is it another way of distancing himself from coworkers? Or both? How did he first meet Yanagi?
Sasazuka Takeru/Hoshino Ichika: I adore Sasazuka in all his brittle tsundere glory, but I do feel like there wasn't necessarily the best balance of romance to plot on his route (although they do get some very sweet moments), so anything more on his relationship with Ichika (especially from his perspective) would be greatly appreciated!
Shiraishi Kageyuki/Hoshino Ichika: I loved the arc Shiraishi went through on his route, with Ichika confronting him with his own feelings and the slow realization that he didn't want to follow these orders to flat out stabbing his friend in the street believing it was the only way to save Ichika. And Ichika is so magnificent playing off him too- I love her "I don't hate you" and how strongly she sticks to her guns and pushes him to be more human.
Hoshino Kazuki/Isshiki Yasuhiro: How did their first meeting go? How did Isshiki manage to get Kazuki to trust him that deeply? Is it a one-sided crush or does Isshiki return his feelings? Is it awkward with Isshiki's groupies/Hana hanging around?
Hoshino Kazuki/Sera Akito: How did they become friends? (It must be fairly recent if Akito losing his memory of Adonis means losing his memory of Kazuki too) How did things escalate to more than friends, if they did? Or, how does their relationship develop (re-develop?) post memory loss?

-I love the directions you can take your PC's relationship with Duncan in the game. I'd love to read the two of them in between missions just snarking/arguing with each other like siblings do or reminiscing about old times.
-I would also love something that details how the two of them first met, before Raymond. Or more of their life with Raymond before the PC is arrested.
Duncan Wu/Racter:
-Racter does not have feelings and is totally not at all attracted to the hunky ork. What do you mean Koschei keeps following him around on the Big Texas? Nonsense, Koschei is a machine who is above such meaningless things like feelings and just because he's an extension of Racter's Id means NOTHING.
-Duncan gets a little in over his head agreeing to be part of a dom/sub relationship with Racter. Being with a man who creates lots of various machines and with an intricate understanding of metahuman anatomy adds a whole new dimension to one's sex life.
-Racter tries to woo Duncan because he's aware it's generally what people do when they have feelings for someone. Racter's attempts at wooing are strange and at times, creepy.
Gaichu/Racter and Gaichu & Racter:
-I'm honestly in love with the idea of them becoming the most unexpected of friends who later get together. Weird Russian half-cyborg uncle who lives in the basement/Japanese zombie samurai is the ODD couple. Gaichu didn't think he would like Racter at all and Racter felt much the same way. How do they become friends? They do share a basement together after all.
-I'd even take a fic of the two of them just having the world's longest conversation. They talk philosophy for hours, no-one else can stand them. Racter finds that it's really nice to have someone who doesn't feel afraid to disagree with him, someone that is almost as well read and educated as he is.
Gobbet/Is0bel:
-I would love fic where they're FWBs and that leads to catching feelings (one of my favorite tropes). Gobbet is not good with feelings, neither is Is0bel. They both care for each other but don't really know how to be open emotionally. How does this play out? Especially when Is0bel gets her memories back...
-Another idea is after a particularly risky mission from Kindly Cheng where Gobbet almost doesn't make it back, Is0bel has a panic attack because oh god Gobbet almost DIED. She then realizes just how much Gobbet means to her, how they've been together for each other through thick and thin: from rescuing her from the Walled city, to working in a triad together, and everything. Is0bel doesn't really have the confidence or emotional openness to tell her she loves her though so she just pines. Or maybe she confesses?
-Post-game, "we just saved the day!" emotional sex.
-Something with the two of them pre-canon.

-I really like the fucked up scenario of what if APEX took the form of Monika who was the F!PC's ex and manipulated them that way throughout the game (maybe by pretending to be a ghost in the machine?) but realizes they have genuine feelings for the PC because of absorbing Monika's personality. How does APEX deal with it? Do they keep tricking the PC?
-What if the PC asks APEX to pretend to be Monika and uses them as a replacement for her?
Glory/Female Protagonist:
-What if you don't help her in her personal mission? I liked the hints of the return of toxic!Glory. What would a F!PC who's in a relationship do?
-Slowburn. Glory doesn't trust easily and is extremely closed off. After the death of Monika she's extremely reluctant to let anyone in but somehow the F!PC manages to break through. Though after Marta she thinks she'll never love another woman again.
-FWBs to lovers. Though Glory doesn't feel like she can love again, there exists an undeniable attraction between her and the F!PC. They have sex and slowly Glory opens up.
-I'm also up for anything dealing with post-canon, especially after the flux state is no more.
Monika Schäfer/Female Protagonist:
-I liked that as a female protagonist you could explicitly state that Monika was an ex. What was her and the PCs relationship like together? How did they grow apart and break up. Did the PC still have lingering feelings that were made only worse once Monika dies?

Caithe is with Faolain who gave her the same talk about "let's just stay together while the world ends" speech from that dream of Orr and they decide to make the best of their remaining time together.
-Or, Faolain Lives/Is Alive!AU where Caithe is both relieved and wary that Faolain is alive (again), somehow she's managed to escape Maguma and find Caithe (either she was reborn, magic did it, or whatever you feel like choosing). Could be sweet, bittersweet, or whatever direction you want to take it.
-Good old fashioned hatesex between the two of them, set pre-HoT.
-Pre-canon!fic. I'm open for anything detailing their relationship before it went to shit and sort of Caithe observing Faolain's darkside but loving her anyway. Another potential idea I like is Caithe embracing the Nightmare Court and staying at Faolain's side as murder gfs.
Rytlock Brimstone/Canach:
-Mission fic where the two of them have to go undercover and pretend not to hate each other for five seconds. Up to you whether or not they fail spectacularly.
-Canadian shack/stuck somewhere fic, where they have the stay somewhere for a few hours before the other characters can rescue them. One thing leads to another...
Rytlock Brimstone/Logan Thackeray:

-Cultural differences, I'm sure charr courting rituals are much much different than human ones. How does Logan react?
-Accidental marriage! How do the two of them deal with it? How does the rest of Destiny's Edge/everyone else react? Do they immediately annul it or do they just go with it and it leads to ~*~*feelings*~*~.
-Post-PoF reunion. Logan is so so happy to see Rytlock is still alive after literally everything that went on.
Trahearne/Male Player Character:
(I prefer sylvari!Commander but any other race but asura is fine.)
-Slowburn with revenant!Commander. He can 'access' Trahearne's spirit after restoring Caladbolg, he likes talking to his friend again as they never really got the chance to talk much during the war. It's nice to have someone to talk to about things even if he can't be there in person and he finds himself rarely if ever trying to 'connect' to another spirit... Then someone steals Caladbolg, and revenant!Commander can't 'access' him anymore, and with the danger of losing him again the Commander realizes how much Trahearne means to him.
-Pre-HoT with how they got together? Or, maybe an AU where Trahearne gets reincarnated somehow and they have a very tearful and angsty reunion.
-Mutual pining, the Commander is constantly helping Trahearne out with big and little things and Trahearne is telling himself it's just him being friendly! The Commander wants to be more than friends and thinks Trahearne and what he's doing are great, but since that seems to be what Trahearne wants... Maybe a 5times fic where they both keep coming close to almost confessing?
