Does the rule towards tie-in still apply to games which are retellings of the entire media? I'm thinking of, for example Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot which tells the story of Z and yet has "Never before seen content" on characters that Toryama didn't include in the manga releases (or anime) such as Launch actually being in it.
Or under this rule something like Dragon Ball FighterZ' original story mode, which is something entirely new would be acceptable but something like Xenoverse 2 (which is a bunch of what ifs), Kakarot or the Legacy of Goku games wouldn't?
(I'm likely not requesting any of the Dragon Ball Z games myself, just wanted to clarify the rules as it might impact the fandom I request).
